Dear Invest in Education Opponents,
We need more money for schools and for our education because when schools have more money it benefits everyone. When our school has more funding we can hire more staff so classrooms can be smaller. With smaller classrooms, teachers will be able to manage our learning in a better way.
We don’t have enough teachers and sometimes we’ll go days without doing any classwork.
Many times through my school years, we had teachers leave halfway through the school year so we were left without a teacher and with no academic curriculum. This situation put all of my peers and myself behind for the next school year. This happens too often. I don’t understand why we don’t want to invest more in our schools? Am I not deserving of a well-funded school?
We all deserve a quality school. It doesn’t matter where we live or what we look like.
